Die «Silberne Rundfahrt» ist ein Highlight für Bahnliebhaber. Vom Hauptbahnhof in Luzern reisen Sie in zwanzig Minuten mit der Zentralbahn dem Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees entlang nach Alpnachstad. Hier wartet die steilste Zahnradbahn der Welt auf Sie und bringt Sie hoch hinaus, auf den Gipfel des Pilatus. Schon während der gemütlichen Fahrt haben Sie genügend Zeit, den Ausblick zu geniessen. Auf dem Pilatus wartet ein weiteres Highlight auf Sie: die Panoramaaussicht auf die Bergkette des Alpenmassivs.
Einfach schweben: Mit der Luftseilbahn «Dragon Ride» und der Panorama-Gondelbahn geht es nach Kriens zur Talstation. Von dort erreichen Sie in fünf Minuten den VBL Bus Nr. 1 und innert Kürze den Bahnhof Luzern.

Yes, dogs are allowed on the entire round trip, but require a ticket for the various means of transport.
Do I need a round trip ticket if I have a Swiss Travel Pass?
With the Swiss Travel Pass, you can travel for free on the Zentralbahn railway and bus. You only need one (discounted) ticket for the ascent and descent on the Pilatus.
