The Golden Round Trip takes you by boat, cogwheel railway, cable car and panorama gondolas to the most beautiful spots around the mountain and to the summit. Experience the diversity of Lucerne's local mountain from May to October.
Start your journey however and wherever you like: for example, in Lucerne with a relaxing boat trip across the sparkling Lake Lucerne, followed by a ride on the world's steepest cogwheel railway, which takes you to the majestic summit of Mount Pilatus – or start in Kriens and float up the mountain in the panorama gondolas and cable car before returning by cogwheel railway and boat.
Regardless of which direction you take the round trip, an incomparable 360° panoramic view of the Swiss Alps awaits you at 2132 metres. Enjoy refreshments in one of the mountain restaurants and take in the spectacular view before continuing your journey.
