Important information regarding sledging slopes and snowshoe trails

The sledging slopes on Mount Pilatus (Fräkmüntegg – Krienseregg) are groomed and maintained by the piste and rescue service. A minimum snow depth of 20 cm is required in Krienseregg for the slopes to be groomed. For the slopes to be officially opened, the surface must also be completely covered with snow. This is for the safety of our guests, which is our top priority.
The snowshoe trails will only be officially opened once there is at least 15 cm of snow in the wooded sections.
If these conditions are not met, the slopes, snowshoe trails and equipment hire will not be available. Thank you for your understanding.
