The vouchers in our online shop are valid for 2 years. After the expiry date, they are generally still accepted. However, any price changes to the offer must be settled on site.

We accept vouchers purchased from us even after the expiry date. You can recognise such vouchers by the barcode and a 12-digit combination of numbers and letters.

Important: Other vouchers, such as shareholder vouchers, cannot be extended. If in doubt, our Customer Service will be happy to help you.

Yes, this is possible. Use the code printed on the voucher. This must be entered in the personal details before completing the order.
