This depends on the accommodation package you have booked. The services included in your package are listed on the confirmation. If you are unsure, our reception team will be happy to help you.

Of course, dogs are very welcome on the Pilatus! If your four-legged friend stays in your room with you, we charge a surcharge of CHF 50 per night and animal. Please let us know before your arrival if your dog is accompanying you. Please note that dog food is not included in the price. We look forward to welcoming your dog too!

Our accommodation vouchers cannot be redeemed directly via our website. Please contact our reception team or book the offer corresponding to the voucher and leave your voucher number in the comments field.

Yes, as a hotel guest you have the option of making a free seat reservation for the cog railway. Please contact our reception team with the desired departure time. A seat reservation is recommended for bookings in the high season.

It is not possible to drive to the Pilatus Kulm Hotels by car. Please park your car at the valley stations in Kriens or Alpnachstad and use the mountain railways for the rest of your journey. You can find out more about travelling here.

No, you don't have to worry about anything - we will reserve a nice table for you.

Our regular hotel stays can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (midnight). Please note that special events such as national holidays or New Year's Eve may result in deviations from the regular cancellation conditions. If you have booked the non-refundable rate, there is no possibility to cancel or postpone your stay free of charge.
